Giving Back Through Having Fun!

The High Spirits Foundation is a charitable giving organization created by High Spirits Hospitality for the purpose of giving back to our local community. The Foundation aims to support causes that are close to the hearts of the High Spirits Hospitality team. 

Since 2017, we have partnered with local businesses to produce the Tacos 'N Tequila Fiesta, Greenville's favorite one-day foodie festival. Each year, we seek out the most talented chefs and mixologists in the Upstate to participate in a food and beverage competition that benefits the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas at Greenville Technical College through the Greenville Tech Foundation. This important organization provides culinary and hospitality training for students entering the field. The money we raise goes to purchasing new equipment for their kitchens and provides scholarship opportunities.

In addition to a monetary donation to the Culinary Institute, the fiesta provides participating students with real-world culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting under the direction of experienced professionals in their target industry. Our restaurant partners are invited to recruit students from the event to work for them in the future!
