Can you purchase tickets at the door?
We will not be selling tickets at the door for this year's event! You'll need to purchase all tickets online.
Where is the event located?
The Tacos 'n Tequila Fiesta will take place at Trailblazer Park, located at 235 Trailblazer Drive in Travelers Rest, SC. A map of the venue will be made available on the homepage of this website as the fiesta approaches. The festival is outdoors, so dress appropriately and bring rain gear if the weather is looking precarious.
How old do you have to be to attend?
All attendees, competitors, and staff will be 21 and older at this event. Even if you purchase a ticket, please be prepared to show your ID to enter. If you do not have your ID with you, you won't be able to get in, no bueno!
Where should we park?
There is plenty of parking at Trailblazer Park! Ample parking is available on the North side of the venue near the covered pavilion, as well as on the South side facing the amphitheater off of Old Buncombe Road. ADA parking is available in both areas.
Who do I contact for questions if I'm competing?
If you have further inquiries about the event, please email team@ahighspiritsevent.com
How many drinks do I get? Is there a cash bar?
All ticket holders get their fair share of Lunazul Tequila cocktails and Sierra Nevada beer. Of course we encourage everyone to Fiesta Responsibly! Intoxicated individuals will be asked to leave by security.
What kind of items are NOT allowed at the event?
For the safety and security of our guests, the following items are NOT allowed in. We will have security on-site conducting bag searches when you arrive:
- Weapons of any kind, including knives, handguns or blunt objects.
- Any liquids, including flasks, coolers, mini bottles, etc. You can bring an empty water bottle and we will have free water fill-up stations.
- No signs, propaganda, collateral, flyers, etc. This includes no soliciting or political activity.
- No chairs but blankets are allowed. We will have some seating available.
- No kiddos! Seriously, this event is 21 and up only, that includes no infants.
- No illegal or narcotic substances or paraphernalia. Sorry, no doobies on site please.
- No smoking or vaping on-site.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, but due to large crowds only service dogs are allowed on the event site.
I DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL, CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY TICKET?
We are offering Designated Driver tickets this year for folks who are helping their friends to fiesta responsibly! DD tickets are $40, and still grant you access to unlimited taco-ey goodness.
Do you really mean unlimited tacos?
We have a ton of restaurants on board, so as long as they have tacos, we'll be serving. Please understand our intention is to not run out, but it may happen, especially for the past winners. Get here as early as you can!
I bought a ticket and now I can't come, can I get a refund?
Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can transfer them here!
If you're needing to change ticket type or session time, please email team@ahighspiritsevent.com.

What if I have dietary restrictions? Are there vegetarian options?
Since we cannot restrict the types of tacos, side dishes, or cocktail recipes created by our chefs and bartenders, we can't guarantee specific dietary restrictions. Most of the chefs do have the capability of making a gluten-free or vegetarian taco upon request. We will allow those with dietary restrictions to bring their own food into the event if needed.
HOW DO I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Click here to visit the ticket transfer portal and follow the steps on the page to transfer your tickets to another guest. We are not responsible for tickets sold outside of the transfer system.
Will there be restrooms at the fiesta?
Restrooms are located near the festival field between the covered pavilion and the amphitheater. There will also be portable restrooms available.
